Retail Partner Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized Babe Ease, LLC Retail Partner.
Please note: We only wholesale our products to a limited number of Internet Dealers across the country. To maintain the integrity of our brand, we will not condone the selling of our products by other internet dealers on internet auction sites such as E-Bay and will not wholesale our products to individuals who do so. We will carefully review each application and reserve the right to refuse Retail Partners based upon that and other criteria.
Please review our guidelines before completing the Retail Partner Application and Credit Application. Please FAX your completed applications to: Cheryl Vincent at 603-635-9776. You will be contacted upon approval:
- Our minimum order is 6 units. You may mix and match SKUs/fabric styles for a nominal $5.00/order handling fee.
- Most products in all styles are available.
Blue Zoo Whimsical Animals Princess Flower Power Sea Life Pink Gingham Blue Gingham Funny Farm - Our Crystal Lake, IL, warehouse is centrally located and EDI compatible. All of our orders are shipped from this location. Smaller orders will ship from our New Hampshire warehouse.
- Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
- We can ship our products using your own UPS account number for a nominal handling fee.
- We can accommodate rush deliveries for an additional charge.
- Our terms are Net 30, provided we receive three (3) credit references and approve your credit application prior to shipping your first order. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days are subject to 1% late fee and automatic pre-payment of future orders with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- Following your notice as an approved Babe Ease retail partner, you may place your order by calling Cheryl Vincent at 800-635-3899 ext. 202, by faxing your order to 603-635-9776 or by e-mailing your order to: cheryl@cleanshopper.com.
- Once approved as an authorized Babe Ease retail partner, you will be given a password so you can access our wholesale pricing and other product information. You may bypass our online system and call Cheryl Vincent at 1-800-635-3899 ext. 202 to place your order if you prefer. You can also FAX your order to 603-635-9776.
- Once approved, you may choose from our library of approved images located on our image directory (http://www.cleanshopper.com/media/) to promote Babe Ease products in your promotional materials.
